Lotus By Hotel Inn

Traveling between Southern California and Montana, this is my second time staying at this motel. It is basic and old and somewhat dated, but clean, quiet, safe and economically priced. Service at check in was very friendly. I’m confident that if there had been any problems they would have endeavored to fix it. The room was very spacious, clean sheets and no weird smells. A/C was quiet and cold, shower was clean and hot. This is not the place to pick if you are trying to impress your wife or looking for a luxurious modern hotel, but if you are traveling on a budget this is an excellent choice. It’s always a gamble looking for a cheaper place to stay while traveling. Book this place with confidence knowing you will still get a clean comfortable room without spending too much.

The room was very clean, really updated and nice. The room had a hairdryer, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker. The gentleman that checked us in, Bobby, was really nice and helpful. The rate was much less than the hotels near by. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend! And they allow dogs.

This hotel is like an old book it's really good the outside not so cute. But the inside is great, the rooms are all like brand new with new flooring fresh paint brand new bedding and tile very clean. The guy working at the front desk super friendly very nice and very cute!

A totally reasonable place to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy. The rooms are clean and the owner is friendly. I stayed here one night while driving through the area. My bed was nicely made with clean sheets. Some paint was peeling in the bathroom but everything was functional and clean there too. Parking is included. No breakfast or anything is offered. Wifi is available.

A nice quiet place, mostly construction workers that are contracted in the area. Clean rooms and a very helpful, out-going and attentive staff. Not a “luxury” hotel, but exceptionally nice for a great price. Staying again soon!

Giving the Lotus a star rating is not adequate. Potential guest should know that ... FOR THE PRICE it's a very good value as long as you're accepting of the most basic accommodations and some old, dingy but clean fixtures.  Staff are pretty nice, though their English is not very good.  We had 3 adults in a double queen room. When I asked for a 3rd set of towels, I was given an additional bath towel but told "Only one pair of wash cloths per room".  We requested a non-smoking, no pets room, and our room was surprisingly clean, so we left a tip for the housekeeper. However, it appears they have rooms for pets and smokers by the many other guests we saw.  So ... for the price and what it is (a 1-star motel) ... I would give it 5 stars.

Nice location in the main street of Beaver Utah. We stayed here a couple of times look like the new management been taking over and has been doing wonderful job. Property is nice and clean room as well Nice and clean. Look like has been done Big improvement on the Wi-Fi. Been working great good job. everything you need on recent price. Great work, Vanessa.

Stayed at the lotus motel in beaver on April 26, 2024 and the gentleman checking us in was so friendly, great attitude! The motel doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms look they had been recently updated. Nice flooring and other nice features. Price was even cheaper than what I had booked the room at online. Just needed a room for our long travel days and this foot the bill! Will definitely stay here again next time we drive through this beautiful area!
